This delivery and shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the dispatch, shipping, and receipt of goods purchased through our official website: www.kelachandra.in

1. Order Processing Timeline
 
  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Please note that delays may occur in case of:
           o  Public holidays, hartals, sudden shutdowns, or unexpected incidents such as transport strikes, roadblocks, or accidents.
           o  System failures or logistical constraints beyond our control.
 
2. Shipping Methods and Operating Hours
 
  • All deliveries are made via road transport through Kelachandra’s authorized fleet and logistics network.
  • Shipping and dispatch operations are active between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, excluding government holidays and notified non-working days.
  • Kelachandra reserves the right to determine the most suitable delivery route and vehicle based on accessibility and shipment type.
3. Shipping Methods and Operating Hours
 
  • No additional delivery charges are levied for standard shipments to our registered dealers or customers within our serviceable regions.
  • However, Kelachandra is not liable for any local loading, unloading, porterage, or handling fees at the point of delivery or receipt. These costs, if applicable, shall be borne by the receiving party.
4. Order Tracking and Notifications
 
  • Once the order is dispatched, customers/dealers will receive delivery details via SMS notification on the registered mobile number.
  • For further status updates, customers may contact our support team during working hours.
5. Damaged Goods or Missing items
 
  • Damaged Goods: If a customer receives a damaged or defective product, the issue must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, a replacement or redelivery will be arranged at no extra cost.
  • Missing Items: In the event of missing items, the company should be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Delivery Cut-Off Times
 
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete, correct, and accessible shipping address at the time of placing the order.
  • Kelachandra will not be responsible for delivery failures caused due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses.
7. Delivery Cut-Off Times
 
  • Orders placed before 6:30 PM on a working day will be scheduled for delivery on the next working day (subject to availability and location).
  • Orders placed after 6:30 PM will be processed the next day and scheduled for delivery on the subsequent working day.
            o Example: If an order is placed at 7:30 PM on January 2nd, the delivery will be scheduled for January 4th (assuming January 3rd is a working day).
