Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and efficiency in all return and cancellation requests. 1. General Policy on returns and Cancellations
- All refund or cancellation requests will be processed in the form of a credit note issued by the Company.
- Credit notes will be issued within 7 business days from the date the returned goods are received by the Company, subject to successful verification and quality check.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are in unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition, with original packaging.
- Credit notes shall remain valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issuance.
2. Ineligible Returns and Cancellations
- No return or cancellation will be accepted for orders placed during offers, schemes, or promotional campaigns.
- Products returned without prior approval, or those not meeting the inspection criteria, may be rejected and returned to the customer.
3. Reporting Damages or Defective Goods
- If goods are received in a damaged or defective condition, the issue must be reported to the Company within 2 days of delivery.
- Customers must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage through:
- The Kelachandra Digital Platform (KDP)

- Or directly via our authorized sales executives
- Upon verification, a suitable resolution will be offered, which may include replacement or issuance of a credit note, at the Company’s discretion
4. Cancellation Conditions
- Orders maybe cancelled on the same day of purchase before 6pm and a corresponding credit note will be issued within 7 working days.
5. Refund Mode
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed as credit notes, which can be redeemed against future purchases.
- Cash refunds or bank reversals are not standard practice and will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, subject to internal approval.
6. Return Shipping Responsibility
- In the event of a return, the Company will arrange for return pickup at no cost to the customer.
